My experiences for psychphys worked out successful, I attended every Friday's. from after that, as I got better with my goals, and things.. I attended fortnightly fridays, now as it's nearly the new year, I'm still fortnightly. thinking on attending the Thursdays, other days got my other routines on, psychphys are a very friendly service, understanding, accepts everyone. kids, adults, half of us with behaviour patterns, it helps us achieve with our emotions, healthy lifestyle in life. they are doing great to listen to us... and give advices. looking forward to the new location, on Valentine's Day, in Reservoir. 🤝👍
