Lady stormed into the shop I was a customer at, demanding I move my car which does not have their company reserved sign on it as all the other parks did. She was incredibly rude, disruptive and aggressive, saying my car would be towed and that she had been lenient for the last 30 minutes although my car had been there for 2 hours. Upon moving my car at her request I noticed she had 3 spare parks with the business logo in it and there was no need for this aggression.

Refocus booked accommodation with us for a kid who did 1000’s of dollars of damage to our room. Punched a hole in the wall, melted the floor, smashed the table and the mirror, and we have had zero compensation.
