Rephysique Pty Ltd T/A Actify You

Thank you once again Jacqui for your support and care. Your knowledge about chronic conditions is not matched by any other health care provider that I have met.

Jacqui is very knowledgeable and not only provides a custom program to suit your physical needs but also takes into account your personality to support and bring out the best in you. She genuinely cares about what she does and enjoys the goals you reach as much as you do. Providing this at your own home has relieved the stress of finding transport and has made it a comfortable process. My improvement has been amazing and I am at a level that I thought was out of my reach, as friends and family have often commented. Actify You has improved my quality of life physically, socially and mentally.

Jacqui is a fantastic and passionate Exercise Physiologist who goes above and beyond for her clients to allow them the best opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing. I highly recommend her skills and abilities in delivering life changing outcomes for her clients.
