today i came in for my annual appointment with my psychologist and found out she wasn't in nor had she put it down in her calendar. she 's a really good therapist and while im not disappointed in the fact the session didn't happen [even though i wasn't told or sent an sms message about it] the thing that made me mad was the fact i was sitting there waiting 30 mins for the receptionist to figure it out what was going on and first thing she wanted me to do was sign some booklet that is stupid to even have because only a few people sign it and by the time i got an answer the manager came to explain were my psychologist was and why she wasn't coming in.By the end of all that i left but still the fact they wanted me to sign in when it didn't even happen still greatly makes me mad. Im only given four stars for how long i've been there and sure they had a few times its happens but still be glad it wasn't a one star because the booklet they wanted me to sign when in the end a session never happen was stupidly incompetent to even have in the first place.
