Modern day crooks and terrible communication. Although the therapists are very good, the organisation believes they are gods and every minute of theirs has a money value. They believe only their time is valuable and not yours or anyone else’s. Be prepared to get random invoices with charges you won’t know what they are for. Not only do they charge you for every single thing most therapists don’t charge for, they don’t communicate with you and you have to speak to 4 different people to find out what the charges are for. Nor do they tell you what they are working on with your child. You have to pay for that extra. They make you sign agreements but then can’t provide therapists or time. You spend so much time chasing up on information it becomes very stressful. Been dealing with therapists for 10 years and this company is by far the worst in terms of communication and cost.
