Sacare (Sac (Sa))

I think all the staff are fantastic, I receive the best care, however I feel that there are often not enough staff and they have to strive extremely hard to give everyone the best care. But they can only work within the limits of the abilities of the staff present on each shift. It means that sometimes things I need don't get done.

I love love love Sacare. It gives me the opportunity to be one of their leaders in the organisation as well as be/express the person I am. I am a very happy bubbly person, I don't have to try and be anything/anyone else while in the role. Very flexible and accommodating. I live in an Sacare house. I love this place. They supply my needs and reassure me and equip me with my everyday needs. They're very well organised and have a good 'stickability' approach – they stick together and make things happen. I don't have any complaints. I'd love to have more support to use my computer though.
