Not recommended. We had an extremely poor experience with them. The psychologist was not experienced and pretty hopeless in suggesting behavioral support strategies. They wrote a very long descriptive report which cost thousands without actually providing any strategies that we had not already suggested to her ourselves! We subsequently changed providers and got some professional and experienced help.

As a Support Coordinator, I had a great experience working with SAL Consulting. Behaviour Support Practitioners Rebecca and Danielle (who have since moved on) made a significant and positive difference to a participant I support, contributing to meaningful behaviour change and training their support team to understand the participants needs and how to manage BOC. More recently, Lauren, Psychologist at SAL, has also been fantastic — professional, thoughtful, and very supportive. Overall, the team was highly collaborative, person-centred, and a pleasure to work with. I would confidently recommend SAL Consulting for quality behaviour support.
