Google MapsI didn't have a great experience with this company. I agreed to a one-hour meeting with them for advice, and then got billed for nearly ten hours, nine of which were supposedly for admin connected to that meeting. Chi ching! That apparently included eight hours for a “transcription” of the conversation. When I asked for a copy of the transcription, it turned out to be notes that were so full of errors and mischaracterisations that they were unusable for any purpose. So I made a complaint and asked for a partial refund because, in my view, I’d been charged for services I hadn’t agreed to, and for work that wasn’t done with due care and skill. They took a long time to respond and never engaged with the substance of my complaint. Then they seemed to ghost me. So I made a consumer complaint. They still didn’t engage with the substance of my complaint or the conciliation and instead focused on questioning whether NSW Fair Trading should be involved at all. The most I got out of them was that they disagreed with my view (they didn't clarify which bit they didn’t agree with). Their responses were pompous and vague, while avoiding the core concrete issues I’d raised. I didn’t see evidence of the values listed on their website: transparency, integrity and respect. Be careful.
