This company has no experience in Victoria, empty promises, took 12 months to get me a price on a build and still not a firm price, they are trying to get into Victoria at my cost, not recommended in Victoria

Saw their Ad on TV for 14% gross yields for investors - utterly disgusting taking advantage of this industry. EDIT: Thanks for the information, but that doesn't change the fact that you are encouraging and supporting a scheme that isn't in the best interest of Australians. a 14% yield is not sustainable, and those profits need to be coming from somewhere. You can recite the 'Don't hate the player, hate the game' saying, but it's possible to discourage both the player, AND the game. If you truly believe you are helping and positively contributing, then perhaps your ads shouldn't be so focused on investor returns :)
