All the carers i have had are very good ladies and gentalmen you are very to every one you go to see you vital to their heath and wellbeing thank you

Only good thing I found was the training, the way I was spoken to by other carers mostly the male carers were horrific, your out all day and expected to be back in the following morning even if you had 4-5 hour kip, I've gone into another care company and alot of people said the same they heard awful things about this company even a lot of the family's stated they moved the care package from seren

The only reason I have given one star is because I didn't have the option of no stars. If anybody is thinking of having Seren support services of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot do yourself and your family a favour and DON'T bother. They are rude They let strangers into your home without concent. They have even given the wrong medication on more than one occasion!! I certainly will not be recommending Serena to anyone. Go with Haven care instead. I am.
