Disgusting customer service after putting a hole in a recently repaired walls, damaged window sills, left dirty rags through our home, dirty water marks running down walls. Sought repair damage from them they demanded full payment for a service that was not completed properly she rudely yelled at me and hung up on me over the phone. Staff on the day showed no respect for our home with new carpet tracing dirty shoes in all rooms. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use these guys. We had moved home after being flood damaged and living in temp accommodation for almost 4 months this was supposed to be the final step in moving home - a good deep clean! But no more damage and then disgraceful behaviour afterwards.
