I have been studying online with Simple Solutions and the staff have always been so helpful and friendly over the phone.... have dealt with Amanda, Amy, Alicia and Lisa. When they say someone is going to get back to you, they do. My online assessor is Josie - I cannot speak more highly of her. She not only marks my work in record time but gives me so much feedback and answers all my silly questions. Today, I went to the office in Hervey Bay for the first time and can honestly say I have never walked into a business where the overall vibe has been so happy and you are greeted by every team member that walks by with a heart warming smile. Made me a little jealous that I wasn't part of their team LOL. Narelle is my local assessor - another gem! Awesome job guys!!!

Hi, my name is Donnavon. I completed a cert lll in becoming a support worker. The course was held in Gladstone, by simple solutions.. I had an incredible teacher by the name of Peter Hill, who throughout the course had always encouraged and helped his class.. During the course, Peter Hill had helped and encouraged everyone to find placement for work experience. After the course through his constant support I found employment. I work for OZ CARE. Who have inspired me to be the best support worker I can be for their clients, I am grateful for the opportunity to work for them and I'm forever thankful to Peter Hill.

If I could give less then 1 Star I would. The trainers and operations of this business as a "training organization" has been horrendous, within the timeframe of my Mental Health Peer Worker cert 4 course there have now been 3 trainers, in the begining they didnt even care to notify students that they were without a trainer for months, no reasonable adjustments to course time frame was implemented due to their shortcomings. Huge gaps from initial contact where I had waited months from assessment submissions, to any form of marking or feed back. The original trainer didn't even provide accurate record keeping of completed "recorded" role plays which then followed suit with the next trainer they employed. If you are a person with any level of mental health lived experience or barriers have a great level of discernment with accessing "training organization" as they are NOT supportive, person centred, trauma informed or ready to employ or train a peer workforce.
