Snooze Frankston

Great customer Service. Friendly team. Well priced mattress.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Snooze, thanks to Alana. She was incredibly patient with us, even though we were quite particular and had a specific plan in mind for our mattress and bed. The in-store sleep technology used to assess the best mattress for us was impressive and really added value to the experience. Alana went above and beyond, including mattress and pillow protectors as well as pillows in our deal, which was a lovely surprise. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or like we were being upsold — something that can often happen with sales reps. We discussed our budget openly, and Alana not only respected it but managed to get us an even better deal than we expected. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

What a fabulous experience we had with Juliet! She had the patience of a saint whilst we tested mattress after mattress and then ended up buying the very first one she recommended. She helped us get a great deal and she was incredibly knowledgeable. We’ll be sure to sleep like Romeo and Juliet (dead to the world!) in our new bed! We can’t wait, thanks again!

James was super helpful and informative and very patient with all of our questions! Walked away with two beds and very happy with our purchase! Thanks James
