I have been going to Sydney health physio for only about a month, I have been to 8 different physios before all over Sydney and Monique from Sydney Health Physio is the only one that really cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen and then she does the treatments targeting specifically what you need on the day. She does not use crazy physio languages and pretends to know everything, her answers are based on her experiences and training. After going through 8 different physios I know who actually cares about their clients and Monique definitely does. Don't be fooled by the fact that she is young, her techniques and her magical hands have loosen up many knots in my neck and shoulders that every all other physio have made worst!!! I used to go physio 3 or 4 times a week and only ended up worst. After seeing Monique for a month, I am now back at the gym doing upper body workouts 💪. I used to get homework to do at home which was basically 45mins of stretches and exercises to do 3 x a day everyday. That properly didnt help my neck and shoulders but i trusted every new physio that I met. Something didnt feel right until i went and saw Monique, she doesn't give you stupid amounts of useless exercises to do but she focuses on the muscles you need to strengthen and its your job to do it at home. Thank you so much Monique for helping me get through all this, you have no idea how good you really are and people should all come to see you if they actually want results with no stress. The acupuncture is awesome too, this physio clinic honestly has all these new cool technologies that target your muscle and aches like nothing I've experienced before. I feel much much better. Thank you again 🥰

Peter is super professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Helped me with identifying my nagging shoulder pain. After just two visits with him and arms exercises to work at home, my shoulder feels much relief. Friendly staff and great location. Highly recommended to anyone looking for Physiotherapy. Judy W.A

Jeffrey Wong has been the best physio I have been to. Over a few sessions of exercises and needling he helped me with my injury. He was very attentive and patient. Jeffery ensured that I was comfortable with the concept of needling before administering it. At the end of my treatment he provided me an exercise guide with instructions which have been very helpful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much team :)

Very Highly Recommended: My experience with Peter Wang was amazing. He cares for his patients, is a very good listener and very professional. I was a bit scared about dry needling as it was my first time but he eased me into it with very effective massages. My shoulder strain was healed just after one session of massage and dry needling. And on the follow up session he taught me some exercises to prevent further stains and stiffness of postural muscles.
