Sydney Health Physiotherapy

I have been going to this clinic for about 5months now. I could not recommend this clinic enough. I started off seeing Monique the physiotherapist and now I also see Mathew their massage therapist. Mathew is just as good as Monique, he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He always uses a gentle approach to ask how I am going and tackles the tightness and stiffness in my neck and shoulders with care. Monique who I have been seeing recommended that I also get massages with Mathew, at first I was a little sceptical as I do believe is one of a kind in the world of physios but I was wrong, Mathew is truly the massage Master. He is really really lovely to see and the massages really help with my current treatment plan, not only that they both have great communication with one another so I never have to worry about what to tell the other one where I'm at with the sessions. They are both so dedicated and committed on getting me back on track and I appreciate that soo sooo much, I really just wish I found these 2 earlier, but I didn't give up. After SEVERAL SEVERAL physios, I finally found a place that cares alot about the client. Ohh and also, Joyce, the lovely face of the clinic, she always and everytime without a fail is the most proactive and pleasant person to talk to, she is super nice, friendly and professional at the reception desk, her phone manner and in person customer service always makes the customer feel understood and she really is a problem solver. I could go on for ages but i just had to leave another wonderful review for Monique, Mathew and Joyce. The owner knows how to hire because I think he has the best in the industry at this clinic. My mum had physiotherapy sessions in this clinic after a slip incident at a store and she had great experience so far. Also a shout out to Joyce (lovely lady on front desk) for always being very professional and pleasant to deal with every single time in person or on the phone - from changing appointments, asking her help to email past invoices, etc, she always have great attitude and happy to help. If you ring them with no one answering the phone, she calls you back shortly after. One of the best customer service I have seen in the space!

I have Matthew as my personal physiotherapist, acupuncturist and remedial massage therapist. I couldn’t be happier!! Matthew is a true professional, thoughtful and thorough. He takes a personal interest in his patients and work and is a credit to Sydney Health Therapy. Thanks Matt.👍🙏

Peter and the rest of the team are fantastic.. I’ve been to other physios and have been thoroughly disappointed, but the staff at Sydney Health Physiotherapy are all professional and welcoming. Great location and amazing treatments. All the team members I have spoken to have always been super helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my physio - 5 stars and highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Matthew for massage and acupuncture for a couple of years now, and he is hands down the best in Sydney. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, balanced, and pain-free. Matthew really knows his craft, takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body, and always delivers treatments that work. He’s not just great for fixing issues — he’s the best person to go to for maintaining your body and keeping everything in top shape. Professional, caring, and highly skilled – I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
