It's absolutely disgusting.... My brother rents a disability home through symcare. He pays his rent and has never been behind in payments. My brother has a bad disability he needs electricity to be hosted in and out of bed, to shower and symcare has not paid the electric bill, and it has now been disconnected, leaving my brother and his full-time carers with no power. And we can not get hold of anyone from Symcare. I wouldn't let my dog rent a home from symcare! They are the worst disability support care in Australia I do not recommend anyone with a disability to deal with these people 😡
