Google MapsFirstly - Tamara is an INCREDIBLE therapist. She has been an absolute rock for me since we started at the end of 2022, and has seen all my highs and lows. In the low points, she has been an amazing support, she is very calming, grounding and validating and I truly believe I would have struggled much harder without her in my life. Equally in the high points she has been there to celebrate my successes with me, and always lifts me up and is just a wonderful, wonderful counsellor. A fabulous, warm person, I am so glad I stumbled across her counselling page on some random website years ago, couldn't be more thankful for her :)

Google MapsI have been working with Tamara for nearly 4 years now and I first hated therapy and never wanted to do it all. I thought it was lying on the chair and analysing you but it has been an amazing four years since I started. I’ve grown in so many different ways I’ve seen things about myself that I never existed. I’ve learnt things about myself that I never thought Was about me and I’ve made such a massive progress with Tamara the amount of teaching she has given me. Progress I have had over the last four years without Tamara’s help. I would not be able to work through the situations that I have an encounter time and time again with difficulty family friends and everything. I guess it’s been an amazing journey and I will still continue to see Tamara as much as IProgress I have had over the last four years without Tamara’s help. I guess it’s been an amazing journey and I will still continue to see Tamara as much as I can and when or if I need it, it’s been a great pleasure to have her as my therapist and I will never look back. She’s amazing she’s thoughtful. She’s helpful. She likes to teach. She definitely listens and she never pressed you too much to saying doing thinking anything you don’t want to do but the tools are the best thing that she gives you in each session to work through all the hard fix it. You never think that you can work through so thank you for the amazing four years that you’ve been by my side And I can’t wait to see what next year has hopefully I don’t need you as much but I don’t like saying that but that’s what therapy is all about. Appreciate everything that you’ve done for me and everything that you’ve helped me through. I honestly have never done it without your tools and thank you.
