Alex crossed professional boundaries and acted more like a psychologist than a dietitian whilst revealing personal information about herself. It was damaging for me as she is not a trained psychologist nor is she a friend. Do not go here.

I agree that Alex goes above and beyond the role of a dietitian and acts like a psychologist and everything she IS NOT trained in. She should just stick to talking about food. This is what is qualified to do. Her conduct is reportable and does not align with the code of ethics.

Alex was late to my appointment. Left me waiting outside the office on the busy main road. Showed her little amount of care in arriving on time for work. Her LinkedIn profile is similar. Lack of care evident with spelling mistakes etc. as for the treatment- I would have been better off using ChatGPT

We heartily recommend Alex as an excellent specialist nutritionist providing solid evidence-based and caring support to our family these past 3 years.
