The Foot Stop Podiatry Services

I had a very disappointing experience with this mobile podiatry service in relation to my elderly mother. The organisation was poor from start to finish, with appointments feeling disorganised and unclear. Communication was lacking, and it was difficult to get accurate or timely information. Unfortunately, the admin staff were very rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and not what I would expect from a healthcare provider. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I am so pleased with Foot Stop . Megan is my clinician and what an amazing person she is. So happy and so interested in one’s welfare. From her first home visit it was clear to me that she had a complete grasp of her profession and identified a problem with my feet which I have shared with my GP. I look forward to a long relationship with Foot Stop.

I had Alex today , very helpful and knowledgeable and eased my pain and answered some questions that had been worrying me . Highly recommend. Reception was great when I rang to compliment.
