My father is in this home and loves it. They are very caring, professional people. I would highly recommend this nursing home to others looking for Aged care.

My husband.. excellent care, treatment, food. Accounts system . A big negative. No system of organisation. Just excuses of public holidays, hard work, busy…please. By the way There is another Easter next year, Anzac Day is 25th April.

I want answers to why Whiddon Group thought it was ok to tell us that in the case of my nan passing they would look after her till we could arrange transport of her body but instead 30mins after we where told she passed you demanded we organise to have her body collected and then 1 hour later called again to say she is to heavy for you to do anything with. Makes me sick to think that this is how you treated my pop after he just lost his wife. Very disappointed and i truly hope that familys second guess putting there loved one at this place.

Nothing but a bunch of heartless crooks! My pop died last week and when they handed over belongings to us, they threw out half of his stuff without permission.. stole his wallet, watch, family items, games, cleaned out safe and threw away the key.. and all they had to say for it was "he never had any of that stuff" and "maybe other patients stole them" will be making further enquires elsewhere.. Because they're basically just telling me "it's done now" I'll be making many calls tomorrow as this is bs! And on top of all of this, I hadn't been able to see my pop in months due to their strict covid measures. And when I finally did in the hospital, he looked extremely starved and dehydrated yet they kept us updated on the phone saying he was very healthy and doing well etc!! Went from a solid man to nothing but bones! He should have been moved to a higher care if they cannot do their jobs!

We were happy with the nursing home til my grandmother fell ill. My nan wasnt mobile, there was times i arrived and she was not in the bed properly and there were signs that no one had been in there for some time. Unfortunately my nan passed. I was told when my nan was sick that if my nan was too pass that there was a room she would be moved too til we made arrangments. An hour after finding out my nan had passed they called to tell us we had to move her body as they had no where for her. We arrived to empty my nans room and not one single nurse/employee came near us the whole entire time. I'm extremely disappointed in this place and would not recommend anyone going into care here.
