Google MapsEngaging with Positive Psychology involves being inundated with endless spreadsheets and assignments, 10’s of hollow sessions explaining to you what you already know, only to find yourself deserted and asked to relocate when seeking assistance during an acute panic attack (which is what I thought they where trained for?) While I recognize her efforts, it's evident that Charlene lacks real-world experience and heavily relies on spreadsheets, becoming visibly uncomfortable when pressed for immediate advice. While she may be well-intentioned, exercising caution and seeking guidance elsewhere is advised to ensure a more effective and supportive experience.
