Google MapsSpent too many sessions building rapport

Google MapsMy Niece has been going to the clinic for a while now, she loves it and her mum always has nice things to say especially about the speech pathologist and the TA in the session

Google MapsVery disappointed, felt like a Money making scheme by the clinic felt like this is pushed from management. Charged for a 30 minute file read from previous SPEECH notes to open sons file, ( had to start with new SPEECH as prev left ) then to have first parent appointment with another 2 charges for both the therapist and therapy assistant asking all the same questions which should have been in his file. The parent meeting was via zoom with the actual therapist online whilst therapy assistant sat next to me The therapy assistant was going to be doing the sessions but the actual therapist was there to ascertain if the assistant could work with my son and to create a plan for him to work on as he is only an assistant not the therapist. A few days later a session was organised again via zoom with therapist, and therapy assistant present to meet my son, I cancelled indefinitely b4 hand. So many charges before actually commencing sessions with my son and can't even give me a THERAPIST NOT ASSISTANT THERAPIST. Total wastage of money and time, honestly never been happy with with prev OT there either, spent an entire year previously with them "building rapport " - playing board games, til I said something, then informed they can't do much for my son, so cancelled sessions thereafter, extremely disappointed to say the least, contacted the clinic to speak to manager/director been 4 days no call back..

Google MapsMy child was a client at The Shine Centre in Bacchus Marsh and we have been extremely dissapointed with the centre. We went through 3 OT's in 9 months, as they kept moving on. I appreciate that happens but was constantly recharged for new "getting to know you" sessions and received absolutely no continuity of care. Tried to discuss this with the practise manager and she assured me that it wouldn't happen again. We then met and had one / two sessions with 2 new OT and they moved on straight away too.
