Our son NDIS participant used their psychologist service.We clear Outline Our expectations, assistance and other practical things at the start but the psych never followed any of it. The atmost unprofessional behaviour we experienced was below 1) He cancelled and reschedule Our home/ schl sessions without informing us prior or even on the day & charge us incorrectly 2) He never look into a basic profile of my son & his plan which I fw him 6 mnths ago - instead he forced me amd coercively pressure me to send him info asap cause " he needed it NOW" 3) He never send notes of his schl visit and instead WASTE another whole sessions just talking abt. 4) He has never genuinely tried building rapport instead "JUDGE" us every time.he enters the house. A completely unethical, unprofessional and rough practice. I suggest NEVER EVER go for this company as nobody bother even following through. Not the Pscy nor their manager. I will be calling NDIS to actually complain abt this company shortly. Doggy ppl.
