These people don't care about the stress and anxiety that they cause to local residents. The placement of this tenant whom is an alleged convicted criminal on bail has caused severe stress and anxiety, manifesting in personal sleep deprivation and the necessity of enduring regular verbal abuse and threats. This high-risk situation is not confined to the property; it has critically undermined the safety and amenity of the entire neighbourhood, causing considerable fear among surrounding residents. there was never any consultation or communication to the closely residing committee. The police are regularly called due to the disgusting swearing and violent behaviour. The place is unsecure, the gate gets left open they don't care. Shame on you people.
