New to invoicing
ClickabilityBe VERY careful when invoicing.I made two genuine errors in seperate invoices. I was told there were errors but both times they ignored any email requests for assistance to help me understand how/where I went wrong. No matter how many times I emailed seeking their assistance , I was not replied to. When I finally painstakingly found the errors and resubmitted , they did not acknowledge my resubmision and I was left hanging , waiting for payment. Very disappointing as a tiny little bit of help could have avoided this review. They knew I was new to this but be warned !! You WILL be totally on your own here. Not a pleasant nor welcoming start. Extremely nervous invoicing going forward and too afraid to ever ask for help again as I feel my payments will be held up again .
