I needed a pudding basin for Christmas, which I was spendin eastern Ontario. I searched everywhere, and couldn't find one. IQ Living had it, but there was no time for online shopping. Visiting the store was added to my 2018 To Do List. I got there today, and was very impressed, indeed! A fabulous range of quality merchandise at all price points. Helpful staff pointed me to the exact location of the pudding basins. I didn't have time to linger, but definitely look forward to my next visit. And - as a person with a mobility impairment - I really appreciate the entrance the had no steps, just a very manageable ramp inside the entrance.

Their curbside pickup service is really fast and efficient, my order was ready within a day and they're open relatively late so I didn't have to rush over after work. The online store is great, they have a pretty good selection and the site is easy to navigate. Would highly recommend for any kitchen-related needs.

I have shopped at this store for some years now. They carry many innovative and great quality products. I love the prices and sales. I was very pleased with a compliment I received recently due to a product I was not satisfied with. I would highly recommend a visit to their store. You will fall in love!

Great little store offering a wide variety of quality stuff for the house or kitchen. They even had a beautiful miniature kitchen for kids painted red. Extra points for a toy with a colour that's a little more gender-neutral.

They do have nice products but I understand why some people are lukewarm on the staff. They can often be pleasant but other times have been rude. There are many items they will not refund but they do not tell you this when you purchase the item. Also, their return policy on their website is not consistent with their return policy in store. For some reason, you are not allowed to return small appliances for a full refund, even when unused. They do not tell you this when you purchase items...
