Google MapsAbsolutely incredible organisation! The support coordination provided by Sue and Rod, and the entire Able 2 team is unmatched. They are so hard-working and compassionate, I can't imagine going anywhere else for their services.

They genuinely want to help you get the most out of your time and I would recommend them to absolutely everybody. I couldn’t imagine choosing any other support network other than this place.

Google MapsI’ve ceased all services with Able2 effective immediately due to poor communication and lack of transparency. My children’s plans had been managed by Able2 for years and we had long-term relationships with their supports. After our initial meeting — where I provided thorough documentation and explained both plans were in internal review with advocacy from Susan Templeman MP and Jenny McAllister MP — I received nothing for a week, then a generic email saying they were unable to assist with support coordination because the coordinator I met with was reducing her caseload. This was despite accepting my referral and still showing referrals open on their website while apparently “at capacity.” This caused unnecessary stress for my family and disrupted my children’s support. I’ve now lodged a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and am seeking a new plan manager and Support Coordinator. Families deserve better. Would I recommend Able2? Firmly, no.

Google MapsThe Able2 team at Springwood have transformed my life and saved my sanity. I have multiple sclerosis and was blessed to receive support from Anne-Maree, Kerrie.P, Haidi, Tiffany and Anissa since I began receiving support from the NDIS. The instant I stepped into Able2 at Springwood, the place exuded warmth, from the staff, the inviting setting and the gorgeous little canines who are more than happy to be lap-warmers, while waiting on appointments. From the very beginning Anne-Maree has been a constant source of strength and support. Without her kindness, caring nature and selflessness, I would have been lost when it came to figuring out how to navigate the NDIS system. Anne-Maree is passionate about supporting those without the capacity to advocate for themselves. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is an amazing asset to Able2. At the end of 2024 Kerrie. P became my Support-Coordinator. Unfortunately, over the last 10 months I've had 3 close family members diagnosed with life-threatening conditions. My life was falling apart, but Kerrie checked in with me every day, always asking me what I needed to get though, and performing miracles to help me out. She utilised the Able2 team services and also out-sourced help elsewhere, when needed. Kerrie is an extremely caring support for her clients and will bend over backwards to help them. Haidi has been my most treasured support-worker from day one. She is a constant source of sunshine and positivity, along with a seemingly endless supply of energy! Nothing is too much trouble for Haidi and she always keeps me laughing and grounded. She has helped me in endless ways with every aspect of my life and is another heavenly member of the ABLE2 Earth Angels! Tiff is my current psychologist, who I began seeing this year. She is super warm, empathic and kind. Tiff is very easy to relate to and has a wealth of wisdom and knowledge to support people. Anissa was my original support coordinator and was of course, also filled with warmth, empathy and a deep compassion for her clients. She also went over and above to access a range of suitable support services. I feel incredibly blessed to be supported by this extraordinary team of ladies! Thank you to everyone from the brilliant Able2 Team. Keep on shining!
