Google MapsI have SPMS and therefore have mobility, balance and neurological issues. Jordan has been my Physiotherapist for almost 2 years and we have a weekly session. We have regular exercises but also the regime changes frequently with a range of exercises which can be challenging but also can be fun. Jordan encourages me to push myself and although it can feel daunting I trust his understanding of my ability and feel safe under his guidance. He takes notes every session which presumably lets him know what exercises were carried out and to what level. Jordan has also prepared stretching and strengthening programs for me to carry out on my own. He has completed letters of support and produced comprehensive progress reports. It suits me greatly that I have the physio sessions in my own home. Jordan always arrives on time. Any changes are communicated to me as necessary. When it has not been possible for us to have a face to face session (lockdown, being on holiday etc) we have successfully carried out the session by Telehealth. Abundant Living Physiotherapy and Allied Health has a very good appointment system. Appointments are made, reminders are issued and the client confirms that the appointment has taken place.
