I've been working with Ben for almost a year now and I could not be happier with the results, both in terms of fitness but also strength and flexibility. Being strong and fit is good as we age, but the impact that it has on our lives is huge. I love being able to roll around on the ground with my 4 year old grandson and pick him up and hoist him on my shoulders, something I would not have been able to do a year ago. I look forward to my gym sessions and I feel inspired to continue improving. The program that has been designed specifically for me is delivering great results.

Going to the gym is a good thing but having the right guidance, support, instruction and encouragement is a game changer! After just a few sessions with Ben, my strength has increased, my balance has improved (a lot!) and best of all, my stamina has skyrocketed! There is a culture with this team that everyone matters, no matter their age or abilities. Results motivate and I'm seeing amazing results! I love seeing Ben every week and seeing what else I can accomplish!
