We visited Active medical Toowoomba following recommendations from an OT while looking for a bed for my grandmother who has limited mobility. Alfred was extremely polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable of available and suitable products. He listened to my grandmothers needs and was always respectful and considerate. Outstanding service and communication. I would highly recommended. Thank you Alfred.
