Active Mobile Physiotherapy

I recently had some pain in my left knee. After providing David details of my past injuries and recent pain. He assessed the source of pain and suggested I try an exercise routine to strengthen the muscles around the joint. He explained each exercise thoroughly while I videoed the routine for future reference. David gave variations for progression as my strength improved.
