Active Recovery

Active Recovery have been helping me recover (rehab physio) after bilateral total knee reconstruction surgery. They have been excellent in advise and instruction as I build up both confidence and strength. Highly recommend them as caring and professional physiotherapists.

Her professional, caring and knowledgeable approach really helped me to focus on my recovery and got me through a tricky time. The reception staff are very responsive and accommodating. Abby guided me through my non-surgical shoulder rehab with amazing results - back to full ROM and strength. A gifted physio and masseuse in one is a fabulous combo. Have also seen Kevin and been super happy. Sorted a back issue which had been previously misdiagnosed. 10/10 recommend.

My experience at this practice has been exceptional! While taking into consideration my injuries and limitations, Savitha has designed a program which I can work on in the Women’s Gym at Stellar as well as exercises I can do at home. While strongly encouraging me to push myself beyond what I think I can do, Sav’s program is slowly but surely helping me build up strength while increasing my range of movement and flexibility. Sav can also perform a powerful remedial massage when required.

Sav was exceptional. She listened to all my needs and concerns, not just those regarding my injury but also asked about my lifestyle, my exercise habits and my work context. The treatment she planned was incredibly helpful, both to responding to my immediate needs but also to support my long term strength development and capacity to function as normal without difficulty.
