Google MapsI am 68 years old. My back pain, shoulder pain and numbness of fingers were bothering me for years. After regular consultations with Dr Adrian, my problems have been basically solved. I am now following Adrian's advices to maintain my painfree wellbeing. Adrian's diagnosis is amazingly accurate. He was able to spot where my relevant pains were and revealed the cause of my problems, giving me the right advices and treatments.

Google MapsA strong recommendation for Adrian Wong and his physio. Have had a shoulder problem for over five years. Adrian has provided much needed advice and patience over a 4 month period. Embracing his daily 20 minute exercise procedures designed to address the inherent problem, over this time it has enabled me to minimise my ongoing pain and improve movement. Together with massage dry needling and heat treatment the combination all designed to address a long term problem. I was confident that I would be back to 100% with continued exercise. It is over a year ago now and for some time the pain I was experiencing has ceased. The pain that I remember is now just a distant memory. Whilst a physiotherapist is expected to get these results, Adrian was the third Physio that I consulted after much disappointment. Google MapsAdrian certainly helped my chronic neck problem. I was referred to a neuro surgeon which may have resulted in an operation, but thanks to Adrian's help and guidance my pain has totally gone. After a few treatment sessions, and following his exercise program, I have found total relief . I can highly recommend Adrian as a person who really does want you to benefit from his comprehensive knowledge and treatment. Give him a call, and chat about your pain.
