Jing from Affinity Support has played an incredibly important role in my life as my case manager. I feel genuinely fortunate to have her by my side. During the most challenging times I've faced, Jing's support has been like a guiding light, helping me navigate through rough waters. What sets Jing apart is not just her professionalism, but also her kindness and understanding. She has a knack for knowing when to gently encourage me to keep moving forward and when to simply give me the space to take things at my own pace. Her approach is always tailored to my needs, which has made a significant difference in my journey towards overcoming obstacles. I am truly grateful for Jing's unwavering dedication and support, and I consider myself lucky to have her as my case manager.

I am really happy with everything so far with Affinity. In terms of following up things, I couldn't be more happier. They are really on the ball with my brother in laws Diabetes; his feet (moisturising them, and monitoring for infections), his blood glucose levels ( able to identify hypos and acting accordingly, like ringing an ambulance for assistance), his swallowing ( identified swallowing issues and making appropriate referrals, and setting up GP appointments), and keeping us updated if things go awry. The carers are friendly, easy going and extremely polite. I am happy that my brother in law has put on some weight, as in his previous accommodation they were not cooking for him therefore not getting adequate nutrition. There are always fresh veggies and things in the fridge and I have not seen any frozen dinners!! Thank you for that. I like how they have the documentation to ensure things don't get overlooked, that way everyone is aware of what's happening; keeping a daily tab of who has come to visit, and what appointments are coming up. The accommodation is ALWAYS VERY clean. So far we are extremely happy with the care given. I would like him to go out a bit more, but once the local football starts, which is very soon, we will be getting him out and about more often. Warmest regards Cathrin Adams

I'm so glad and happy to have jing as mine support co ordinator she had done a lot for me and mine kids !!!! She put a smile on everyone faces give us an opportunity to explore and experience what we can't do !!! She really friendly and easy going which i can get a long with very well sometimes I want to give her a big kiss muahzzz muahzzz thank jing /Mathew and especially NDIS I'm highly recommended jing to everyone
