I have had the best service from AIIM since 2022. My Plan Manager, Terri, is excellent, as well as, I've had several support coordinators whom were all very efficient.

I love AIIM Choices. My plan manager & her team are the best. They're always ready to help me if I have any questions, and are friendly make me feel like a person &not just a number. I can't imagine anyone else managing my plan for me. They are a godsend.
