ClickabilityFirst2Care have been completely reliable since connecting with them a few months ago. They send me invoices every time I use a service and the sending me monthly uodates on my spending. Their communication is top notch and I know they will alway reach out if there any problems. I feel comfortable asking for their help and they know who to direct me to if they can't be of assistance. So grateful for the support they provide me!

ClickabilityFirst to care are providers who always seem to want to do a little extra, we recently got a Give away sent to us which was a some RATS test and some merchandise which my son loved. Overall good plan management company as they are easy to deal with .

ClickabilityIt is difficult for me to find the words to speak highly enough of First2Care and I would (and do!) reccommend them highly and unreservedly. The level of support, assistance and friendly professionalism is, well, as high as it could possibly be in my opinion. The difference in the level of service they provide to what the previous provider I was with did honestly astounded me. As someone who has a brain injury, the monthly email reports I am sent make it possible to keep track of where my funding is clearly and simply (seriously, I love them!) and the online access updates constantly if I need to track an account quickly. The customer service is excellent and the staff friendly, patient and somehow manage to answer all of my questions. And they're only the ones I haven't alalready asked my case manager (thanks Alf!) in one of his regular check in calls. Thanks First2 - you rock!

ClickabilityThis is the first time that my son has had funding from the NDIS. First2Care helped me understand my funding and get all the therapists I needed and followed it up so I was on a shorter waiting lists. They give a monthly call to checkup which is great and if I have any questions I can call them. They have an office near me, which is also great.
