I appreciate the prompt reply to queries I have I appreciate when I call, someone answers the phone quickly and the person they need to pass me onto actually answers the call and helps. I appreciate the flexibility of the delivery of service during these times of change for families who may not be computer savvy or have access to printers ect. I appreciate people hearing what I have to say and explaining clearly what can and cannot be done.

1. what I like about the service is that the staff are wonderful caring willing to help no question is ever silly, if your wondering if the ndis will pay for a certain service and your not sure you just have to ring Aiim and they will let you know if they can or not. 2. If there was any thing i would change is that we could get our claims or payments in 2 days instead of 4 or 5 days if possible 3.All I can say that everybody that works at Aiim does look after the clients and there needs the staff are very professional very caring this is very comforting when clients aren't well we know we are in good hands

Aiim Choices are lovely plan managers that I have utilized for many years now as a Support Coordinator. They are always prompt, honest and 'black & white' which is what is needed in a plan manager.
