Today I had the absolute pleasure connecting with a wonderful lady from aiim choices named Christine Nelson. I just want to say thank you for taking the time today to chat regarding the NDIS and the plan management services provided by your organisation. I am very grateful for the information, knowledge and the patience you showed explaining certain procedures and the pitfalls to look out for.. It is rare to find someone in a position such as yours willing to take the time to explain the necessary procedures. Terri and Stacey have been nothing but amazing! Emails and phone calls are always replied to promptly and are very supportive and knowledgeable.
