Terrible. This company seemingly held my funding & refused to pay a lot of invoices which should have been paid without question. It wasn't until getting hold of the NDIS complaints that they paid the outstanding invoices and I was able to move onto a much better company. There was many difficulties with getting hold of my assigned plan manager, they would never return my calls & supports got to the point where they did not want to come to work for me because they were not being paid for months! I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company, and so did many others I know. Luckily I have moved onto a privately owned Plan Management company and my invoices are being paid the same day!

A thoughtful, kind, helpful, patient and understanding team. Stacey K. (my contact person) has been extremely helpful in providing me with a far better understanding of what I can (as well as what I can’t) do with my NDIS funds. While the NDIS is there to assist people with the circumstances they find themselves in, it’d be difficult to find anyone who doesn’t find using & navigating the NDIS pretty confusing & daunting - and (for me) this was restricting my using my funds other than for the barest of supports. With AIIM’s help, I’m gradually learning, and utilising my funds in ways that are better for me & my journey into becoming more engaged in & with my community, family & friends. This is a huge step for me, & I’m grateful for the support I’ve received from AIIM.

The Aiim team have great customer service and are one of our preferred fund management providers to work with. Not only are they prompt with paying invoices, but they are also a pleasure to work with whenever we've had any issues with client's funding. Their customer service and plan managers team are friendly and helpful and we know they provide that same level of support to NDIS participants and service providers.
