So happy to have met Hope and Daniel, as I was not aware of so much support that I can access for my child. Make sure to give them a call as your not alone.

From the moment I changed mine and my children’s Co-Ordination to Aim To Enhance. I have not looked back Daniel has kept me up to date with what he does and he is very transparent in his invoices. Nothing is too much to help you in reviews of your plan as well as organizing respite weekends, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Totally recommend Aim To Enhance. A follow up to my review 4 months ago. I have now left this company for the following reasons. 1. Leaving not only phone messages, sms and e-mailing Daniel, him not getting back to me when asked him to call me. 2. Asking Daniel on 5/3 to organize a weekend away in Lakes Entrance, I sent him dates and photos detailing how many coming and cost also information on the property. After reminding him a few times by sms he replied that I had not sent him details. He then said that we would have to wait till end of month. I then had to organize the time away myself. We had been planning this since March. I thought the role of a support was to help us and be there to guide people.

Navigating the NDIS can sometimes be a nightmare. Aim to Enhance have ensured that we are informed and updated to any changes to the NDIS plan. They offer advice and guidance on a most professional level. As support co-ordinators they really have no equal. Daniel and Hope are people who actually care about their clients and endeavour to optimise the outcomes and facilities for those people. If you are looking for someone to support you with NDIS, who actually care about the outcomes and what they will mean to you, are empathetic and caring and prepared to go the extra mile, then talk to Aim to Enhance.
