Alifeplus Meal Services

I have been using A Life Plus for almost a year now and have really enjoyed it - they have a lot of variety when it comes to dishes and dietary requirements. I always order organic and switch up if I’m doing keto or gluten free, etc. My 4-star rating is because sometimes there are thickeners and numbers in the ingredients, sometimes the ingredients don’t seem as fresh (for example the lettuce in the Cesar salad) and sometimes the meat can be chewy/cartilagey. Overall, I love A Life Plus - when it comes to ease and price point, it’s amazing. Saves me thinking about what to make, provides variety and costs as much as groceries would. Would highly recommend trying them.

I have been getting meals for 5 years with my Home Care Package, I decided to give AlifePlus a go and glad I did, the meals are excellent, they even will leave out things you don't like and add those you do. I am extremely happy with the service and the meals arrive fresh every week. I get 7 large meals a week and my actual out of pocket cost is about $4- per meal with my homecare package, why would you bother cooking ?.

I tried everything to lose weight and nothing would work. I chose the Keto meals plan for lunch and dinner and did intermittent fasting for breakfast. Thanks to A life Plus I have lost 11.6kgs since September 2025 until now Jan 2026. I have another 5kgs to lose but are definitely on the right track. Its so convenient and it's stops me falling out of ketosis. Im not keen on any of the desserts but I really like the variety of the meals I was choosing. I stick to 20g carbd per day and most meals and my snacks stay within that range. Im so glad there is a proper Keto meal plan that does convenient deliveries and thw food tastes nice with no need to stress on what to eat. I purchased from the organic line. Each meal is delicious and fresh. The cooked meals with veggies were not mushy but crisp. The meals were full of flavor. not one meal, and I purchased more than more and they were all delicious! which certainly surprised us. I have recommended A LIFE PLUS to my friends and anyone who has asked.

The meals are great. Carnivore meals are tasty and varied. The delivery company that they use are hopeless. I had two deliveries dumped in the street, in spite of there being a building manager who could receive them. The first was stolen, then second was recovered by chance by a building resident. I’d not do business with this company, you are at risk of losing your $. My delivery instructions were very clear - leave with building manager if I’m not home. Until they can follow delivery instructions, I’d avoid them. It’s a pity, their food is good but who has the cash to fund others through stolen deliveries?
