I wish I could put 0 stars I ordered 17 keto meals and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I opened 8 of them to try, but the quality was far below expectations. The meals were excessively salty, extremely high in fat, and the mince tasted very low grade—more like mutton than beef. One item in particular had a strange, rubbery texture (almost like an elastic band) and was impossible to chew, which was quite off-putting. I ended up throwing out all 8 meals, each still about three-quarters full. I still have 9 meals remaining that I’m hesitant to even try. I’ve contacted the company to request a refund, but so far I’ve only received generic, scripted responses with no real effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service and would strongly suggest others not waste their money.

This is the first order of delivered food where my husband has said he enjoyed it so much he would be happy to order more. It wasn't perfect, some of the meat was a little tough but each meal was flavoursome. I would only say that there were too many green beans in both the satay dishes and they were too long and would have been better chopped smaller but the satay sauce was delicious. We are looking forward to trying more dishes and love the fact thaat you can order different sizes of each dish. Well done.

I should have gone with my gut and not ordered! I have been hesitant to order as most of these places are rubbish, I should have stuck with that and not bothered, because I was right. Sadly this is my first and only experience with A Life Plus. Firstly delivery times, where far too open in terms of times available, waiting all day for a delivery was ridiculous then not arriving until 5.30pm, my box wasn't overly cold and some meals on top of other meals and not surrounded by ice definitely not cold. This leaves me questioning how long, exactly was it in transit. Upon inspection meals looked average, the ceaser salad lettuce was already turning brown and wilted. I decided to try the meat lovers pizza first, yuck! It was so thick and heavy with meat of meat it was hard to disgusting from the grease, this went straight in the bin, the ceaser salad wasn't too far behind this after wanting to eat it two days later. I reached out to customer service and all I was over was a measly $13 credit to use on another order, I definitely dont plan on ordering again, so this is useless. This was a huge waste of my hard earned money and definitely wouldn't recommend them!!!

Very tasty, satisfying meals. I'm on 250g and have lost 5.5kg in a week!! After microwaving a few things might not look as pretty as before but who cares, its the taste & nutrients that count with all the convenience of not having to work out macros. Keto made easy. Im going to be doing the 7 day plan from now on if this weight-loss and good feels keeps up. Edit...5 weeks on and im 10kg down!! It's been effortless (apart from a very active job). Im feeling great and these meals are a God send right now. I only had to deal with customer services once to add a few items after my order went thru and they were brilliant.

Excellent meals (we lost 10kg each over 4 months). Unfortunately delivery to Perth was unreliable - this is the second time that our order was not delivered and getting in contact with someone who is able to answer queries is impossible. Sadly I will need to find an alternative meal provider in Perth. Thanks anyway A Life Plus
