Carmen is an INCREDIBLE lady who has created a place of warmth, belonging, and wonderful activities where there was a definite need for this for women experiencing their own personal disabilities. The other ladies who work and frequent here are equally beautiful. You walk in and feel like someone's just wrapped their arms around you with a big, warm hug 🩷 Thankyou guys x

The woman’s hub has a lovely atmosphere, it is a place for women to go to participate in doing craft activities, cooking, having a pamper with a foot spa bath, learning how to apply makeup or just chilling out and having a chat with other participants. There is plenty of board games to play and books to read. A quiet room to just go and chill out from the rest. It is a place you can feel safe and feel confident to chat about anything and it stays confidential within the women’s hub. It is supported for women with a disability or on the NDIS. Sometimes they have a pizza night at the hub, or go out on a day trip. I highly recommend going here, to be around other women who have something in common with you, with your disability. It is open 9 to 5, 5 days a week. Come on in and say hello.

All Abilities support team are amazing, they create a safe and happy environment for all who attend. The atmosphere is outstanding with all the support Carmen and her team provide for all the ladies. This is a great environment for women to participate in cooking beauty or just to sit , chill and interact with others.. I highly recommend this happy place 😉

I honestly can’t recommend All Abilities enough. They are by far the best company I have ever had support through. The whole team goes above and beyond to genuinely care, help and support people in ways that make a real difference.
