Google MapsAgree with alot of reviews, Allambi rip the hearts from carers that put there life on hold for the kids. Allambi has no support systems glad im out of there now they really know how to break kids hearts and know how to break the carers good job

Google MapsHave a new caseworker who is absolutely amazing 👏 she has listen to every cry complaint and problem and yes ill admit I may have gone overboard a few times at her but she has never hung up just listen 🫠my boys are my everything along with my other babys but there is only so much I can do from where I am and where they are they were never even meant to be in this agency they were never even meant to be in care they were stolen without court orders and I have had hell for 10 years and its starting to feel like a weight is being lifted thank u 😊

Google MapsZERO STARS - (It wasn't an option) - THEY WONT SUPPORT YOU My friends have been foster carers for Allambi for close to 15 years, one of their newest additions made a false allegation. It was in all of the young persons' plans, it had happened before, and everyone knew it would happen again. This couple had the tools to deal with Mental Health and Trauma, so they took them in anyway. For what? Having their lives turned upside down, 18 months without seeing their kids, $50+K in Lawyer and Barrister Fees, loss of career, and not a single ounce of support from the people who trusted and praised them while caring for 5 kids over that 15 years. Shut out and treated like a number. There are amazing children out there who desperately need carers, but no one tells you that if a child makes an allegation against you, as Foster carer, you will get ZERO support. Z E R O No counselling, no support in court, no one saying how great you are as carers, no concern about other children you have had for 10+ years. No urgency for reunification. YOU WILL NO LONGER EXIST TO THEM Please ASK THE QUESTION. Ask them what happens IF......Because they won't tell you.

Google MapsKids and Carers both need support and nothing has convinced me that this company is capable of it. These are words from a close friend who is too scared to leave a poor review as theyre worried it will impact their chance of reunion. "I have been trying to organise a visit with a family member of over a decade, brought into my life by Allambi care and while they have not outright refused, they have dragged their feet, ping ponged me back and forth between managers and case workers. Changed the terms of agreements without notice & always find some excuse to not allow a visit. The sheer disorganisation and panic of staff when they cant think of what to do gives me pause to the support the children and carers receive from this company." If you doubt my words, peruse these reviews, should a company who's entire job is supporting and looking after children have a review score below 5? I want to believe there's some good people in the chain, and my friendbwill never give up trying however im they're quickly losing hope. I will return to edit this review. Either to name and shame the incapable staff or to praise their abilities if they manage to... do their job? If your looking to be a carer, look elsewhere.
