Lauren was great from the first enquiry. We were wanting to develop knowledge and skills in mental health for a sporting club, but this doesn't fit into most available services. Lauren tailored a session to suit our needs, was easy to work with in preparation, and on the night delivered an engaging session. Lots of learnings and healthy discussions throughout the night to make it relevant for us. Once again thanks so much for all of your effort and sharing your knowledge with us.
