Google MapsAppalling accounts staff. Unprofessional on the phone. Phoned demanding payment for an item paid for by phone eight days earlier (with receipt issued). Seemed to think it was my issue to prove it. I suggested that she check her records and call me back . I will not be dealing with this firm again.

Google MapsWas constantly told after calling that my order was on it's way. 5 weeks later said I was going to cancel and it was miraculously sent that day. The bed was not used and they wouldn't refund the day after it arrived.
