My appointments often get cancelled on me and it's difficult to get an appointment as it is, j know we all have issues but once a month is not enough councelling it less as gas been the case recently

Went there feeling at my lowest of low, depression, grief and loss. The staff here are marvellous! It helped talking to them about my situation, they helped with food and love.

It has been a pleasure working with Julianne and her team. The team's dedication and passion for their clients and the community is commendable.

in a facility of amaranth the logo states caring about people's lives it obviously not correct our pool has not been in use the whole time Ive been here the says are getting hotter everyone can't be just cadged in a room all-day with high temps for so many days hours it means paying people here are made to pay for the local pool or river going further in heat to cool down instead of being able to use the pool here also to update months of cocroach issue no action taken mouse problem no action no tv wall plug tiles loose in toilet area no action would advise any body to ask full questions before signing dotted lines

Excellent service & willing to help you out whenever you need them. I certainly fault my counselor who is going an excellent job on helping me. Well done staff as well an amazing job you all do.
