My husband and I do an exercise session weekly with Mitch, we both enjoy the sessions and Mitch is always so supportive. We also see him as our dietitian and find him very knowledgeable, and motivational. We both have different medical needs and Mitch has helped us both to understand and adapt our lifestyle to meet the requirements of ourdiagnosis.

Physio sessions with Mitch have increased my overall muscle strength. Mitch is professional and good company and chooses exercises to suit my achievement level. He provides really helpful exercise plans with diagrams for individual follow up at home. A great physiotherapist.
