Daniel and his team provide a holistic focus to health and wellbeing. His deep knowledge of movement and physical activity has recently helped me prepare for and complete a 200km ultra running challenge. Taking me right back to basics and developing my strength and capacity to complete posterior chain movements was a decision Daniel made early in my treatment and it was clear to me this decision paid off late in the 200km run. I came to Apex having issues progressing with my heavy Deadlifts and Back Squats. It has happened twice that I'd end up pulling a muscle on my right lower back which made me so anxious to up my weight. Daniel was recommended to me by my partner who had a bit of similar concern (knee for his case). Daniel went over my training, did some tests and mobility and was able to identify what was causing my issue straightaway! Apparently, I am not efficiently activating my core and engaging my obliques enough. He showed me basic exercises I should do at home. And then we did progressions to incorporate it with various exercises with or without weights. I only had two sessions with him, but I find myself more and more confident under the bar as I get more conscious in engaging my core. Overall, very happy and would recommend it to people who are looking for a good Chiros to help them improve their movement. Thank you Daniel. :)

Highly recommended. My experience was really positive as there no shame in my lack of flexibility and strength. A personal face to face consult went through each of my strengths and weakness so we can come with simple exercises to work on. Followed by some online consults to check in. Overall they are just a bunch of good people looking to help out people’s quality of life. Thank you APEX team!
