Google MapsOver the past three years, I've received physiotherapy and exercise physiotherapy at different providers for a couple of injuries at work, that had a negative impact on my neck and back. The injuries have left me with chronic pain and numbness in my limbs, stiffness in my back and neck muscles, and an inability to perform normal daily activities. I could hardly notice much improvement in my symptoms until I was referred by my GP to receive physiotherapy treatment at "APEX Health Movement" with "Sineru Gunasekara" as my physiotherapist. Only then did I experience some relief and improvement in my symptoms. Sineru is an expert in his domain; he goes way beyond to find different approaches and techniques to help his patients manage their symptoms. Sineru's knowledge and confidence provides you with the reassurance that something could actually be done to alleviate the pain and reduce the severity of the symptoms. I can't recommend Sineru's physiotherapy services enough!
